Connective Tissue Disorders Network Australia (CTDNA) collects names and email addresses for the purposes of promoting our charitable organisation, and keeping in touch with our community and stakeholders.

We retain and use names and email addresses to send newsletters, event information and other relevant emails only. Newsletters will be on a not more than monthly basis. 

CTDNA may publish images of supporters, CTDNA volunteers and attendees at events in publications, on social media, or elsewhere. Informed consent where practicable will be sought. If an individual has any concerns about how their personal information is being used, please contact; hello@ctdna.org.au

  • We don’t sell or share email addresses with any third parties; only information needed for regular banking processes is exchanged with financial institutions via our payment gateway ‘Stripe’
  • You can unsubscribe from the CTDNA newsletter at anytime
  • You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the footer of any email newsletter we send you
  • If you have any trouble opting out please contact us and we will manually remove you from our email list

We like to keep our email addresses up-to-date and secure in our organisational cloud. Please contact us if your details have changed so they can be updated.

Cookies may also track the information that you access online and affect the display to reflect your preferences. Cookies do not necessarily collect information that can identify who you are, more about what you like. CTDNA has no control over the information accessed through links from our site. You use links at your own risk.

If you post your personal information in a public forum, CTDNA has no control over how it is used and no responsibility to protect it for you.

Complaints about privacy

Any complaint about CTDNA’s privacy practices should be submitted in writing to hello@ctdna.org.au

CTDNA takes any privacy complaint seriously and will deal fairly and promptly with any complaint. However, if a response from CTDNA is not satisfactory, the complaint can be directed to the Australian Information (Privacy) Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au).
